WTX Services started in 2018 with one principle: run the job the way you said you would, then prove it. Seven years later, the crew is bigger, the fleet is bigger, and the principle hasn't moved.

The Origin

We started because the Permian deserved better.

Every operator out here has a story about a no-show contractor. We built WTX to not be that story.

WTX Services opened in Midland in 2018. The Permian was running hard, and there were more bad contractor stories than good ones. No-shows. Padded quotes. Crews that showed up missing equipment. Jobs that ran over because the last vendor cut corners on prep.

We started as a hydro vac and industrial cleaning shop, serving operators and service companies across the Basin. Sandblast and paint came next. Then the CNC / plasma table. Then the in-yard fab work that ties it all together.

Growth came from referrals, not sales pitches. Operators told other operators. Service companies told each other. The pattern was simple: we did what we said, we didn't pad the scope, and we showed up.

The crew is bigger now. The standard isn't.

Brett founded WTX Services in 2018 and runs the company out of Midland. He's hands-on across every service line and still takes dispatch calls when operators need him personally.

Our crew is cross-trained across services, which means the people who ran your hydro vac job yesterday might be running your sandblast job tomorrow. One crew, one standard, one accountable team.

Everyone carries the same safety training, the same compliance credentials, and the same expectation: show up ready, do the work, document it, hand it back clean.

We quote what the job needs. We bill what we quoted. If something changes, you hear about it before we invoice it, not after.

We show up.

When we say same-day, we mean same-day. When we say Tuesday at 7, we mean Tuesday at 7. No excuses, no reschedules that don't originate with you.

Prep is the job.

Bad prep ruins good paint. Bad prep ruins good welds. Bad prep ruins the next inspection. We spend the time it takes so the outcome lasts.

We stay in our lane.

We're great at four services. We're not trying to be great at forty. When a job doesn't fit what we do, we say so on the call, not after we've started.

The yard

The WTX yard sits at 10912 W CR 46 in Midland. Our trucks live there. The plasma table lives there. The sandblast and paint bays are there. When you send equipment in for refurb, it goes blast to coat without moving yards.

That's how one PM can coordinate a multi-service job without three-way phone calls. And it's why we own our trucks instead of calling a rental yard when the phone rings.
